stressed butlerunprofessional polish

I was excited. about the hotel. i found a few things disappointing. The butler seemed new. He was a bit stressed. and mentioned his rent problems a few times, quite awkward. The desk staff was friendly. but lacked polish, not quite a five-star vibe. it felt lacking. For the price.

The cigar lounge offered a nice selection of cigars. a sommelier knew a lot about cigars! the location is great. It is near shopping and a walk in the open air. there was always a different variety of tea in the room, kept warm in a thermos.

The front desk folks were really friendly, but they did not have that slick, professional polish. our butler seemed a bit stressed and not totally comfortable in his role. light was bleeding into the room in the mornings. The rooms need better blackout curtains.
